Our Story

Alliance Dentistry, PLLC is a growing Dental Clinic in Alexandria. Dr. Nadiah Elariny graduated from the University Maryland Dental School in 2021. She earned her DDS despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Through thick and thin, patient care and dental practice came first for Dr. Nadiah. Practicing alongside her mother, Dr. Oksana, the two have a combined experience of over 19 years with expertise in dental hygiene, extractions, root canals, implants, veneers, crowns, and fillings.  As we grow our practice, we will always remain laser focused on always providing family oriented, personal, and excellent service we did back then.
